Due to the digital and instant nature of our services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to fair treatment and will review every request individually.
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this agreement within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason, unless an applicable exception applies.
Eligible for Refund
- Documents failed to generate due to technical issues on our end
- Missing or incomplete documents that were promised
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Service unavailability preventing document delivery
- Significant errors in generated content rendering documents unusable
Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after successful document generation
- Minor formatting preferences or stylistic differences
- Documents that meet specifications but don't match personal expectations
- User error in document specifications or requirements
Refund Process
- 1Contact us at info@nsure.cc within 14 days of purchase
- 2Include your order details and reason for the refund request
- 3We will review your case and respond within 2–3 business days
- 4Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
